1. What is Santa Day E-Commerce?
We are a Grenadian-based online platform offering marketing, promotional, and delivery services for local businesses. You can shop from vendors island-wide and get items delivered to your door.
2. Where do you deliver?
We deliver within St. George and St. David (standard and express). Deliveries to other parishes are available by scheduled appointment.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse the site, select the items you want, and provide your name, number, and delivery address at checkout. We’ll handle the rest!
4. How do I pay for my order?
You pay cash on delivery. The delivery driver will collect payment when your items are delivered.
5. What happens if my product is damaged on arrival?
If a product is damaged during delivery, Santa Day E-Commerce will issue a refund or replacement once verified. Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but cancellations must be made before the vendor prepares or dispatches the product. If a vendor is unreachable within 30 minutes of order placement, the order may be automatically canceled.
7. Do I have to create an account to shop?
No account is required to shop, but you must provide basic info (name, number, address) to receive your order.
8. How do I become a vendor?
Contact our team to begin the vendor registration process. Vendors must:
