1. About Santa Day E-Commerce
Santa Day E-Commerce is an online platform designed to help local Grenadian businesses grow by providing:
- Targeted marketing and advertising
- Tailored promotional campaigns
- Reliable delivery services
We aim to simplify the business-customer connection while making shopping more convenient for everyone.
2. Services We Provide
- Marketing & Advertising: We publish your business profile and products on our easy-to-navigate website and promote them through social media, radio, television, and community outreach.
- Promotional Campaigns: We work with vendors to create customized promotions that help drive traffic and increase sales.
- Delivery Services: We deliver orders to customers in St. George and St. David parishes, with expanded delivery options available upon appointment.
3. Customer Orders & Delivery Terms
- To place an order, customers must provide their name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Our drivers will collect payment from the vendor upon pickup and receive payment and the delivery fee from the customer upon delivery.
- If a vendor is unreachable within 30 minutes after an order is placed, the order may be canceled.
- Delivery is available for:
- Standard and Express options in St. George & St. David
- Scheduled deliveries to outer parishes
4. Payments and Fees
- Customers pay upon delivery.
- Vendors pays a commission to Santa Day every monthly.
- Vendors also pay a one-time registration fee.
- Vendors choose a 3, 6, or 12-month subscription plan after registration.
- Promotions are only launched with vendor approval.
5. Product Listings & Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors must provide accurate images, descriptions, and prices for each product.
- Vendors are responsible for any issues caused by the use or quality of their products.
- If a product becomes out of stock, vendors must notify Santa Day immediately.
- Santa Day reserves the right to decline any listing that does not meet our quality or compliance standards.
6. Returns and Refunds
- If a product is damaged during delivery, Santa Day will take full responsibility and process a refund or replacement.
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Product-related concerns due to defects or quality are handled by the vendor directly.
7. Privacy & Data Use
- We collect personal information solely for order processing and delivery.
- We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where necessary for completing an order.
- By using our site, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
8. User Conduct
We expect all users and vendors to engage professionally and respectfully. Santa Day does not tolerate:
- Discrimination of any kind (race, religion, gender, age, etc.)
- Unethical or unprofessional behavior Violations may result in termination of access to our platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Vendors are responsible for the safety and legality of the products they sell.
- Santa Day E-Commerce is not liable for issues related to the use of vendor products.
- We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by external factors beyond our control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, branding, etc.) is the property of Santa Day E-Commerce or its vendors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Changes to These Terms
Santa Day E-Commerce reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
